Creatine transporter (CrT) deficiency is an X-linked intellectual disability caused by mutations of CrT. Aim: This work focus on the preclinical development of a new therapeutic approach based on a microemulsion (ME) as drug delivery system for dodecyl creatine ester (DCE).
